Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Those who are diagnosed by clinical MRI, CT, cerebral angiography and other examinations and meet the diagnostic criteria of stroke (cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage); 2: No age limit, first onset of disease and stable condition without progression. 3: Patients with mild to moderate cognitive impairment with a score of 10 < 24 on the MMSE (Measure of Mental Status Examination). 4: Patients recovering from stroke 5: All of them are hospitalized cases in the rehabilitation department of our hospital and have medical records; 6:The patients' family members agreed to the treatment and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Patients who are unable to cooperate with the study due to severe cognitive impairment (MMSE score =10), aphasia or other factors 2: Patients with mental retardation before the onset of the disease or other diseases causing cognitive dysfunction other than stroke, such as Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease, etc. 3: Combination of serious organic lesions of internal organs or systemic infectious diseases; 4: Systolic blood pressure =160mmHg and/or diastolic blood pressure =100mmHg with heart rate =50 beats. 5: Combined with pneumothorax, severe emphysema, upper respiratory tract infection, otitis media, sinusitis and other contraindications to hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
