Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who underwent hip and knee arthroplasty 2.The subjects are fully aware of the benefits and risks of this experiment, and are willing to participate in the completion of the experiment and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.There used to be osteofascial compartment syndrome. 2.Antibiotics were used within 7 days before operation. 3.Known allergy toantibiotics. 4. There are major heart, liver and kidney diseases. 5. Patients with surgical site infection or systemic infection
