Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The definition of lower urinary tract symptoms was formulated with reference to the 2014 Chinese Guidelines for Diagnosis and Treatment of Urological Diseases and the International Urocontrol Association (ICS). (1) Clinical symptoms: a. urinary storage stage: frequent urination, urgent urination, increased nocturnal urination. b. Urination stage: slow urine flow, intermittent urination, labored urination, interrupted urine flow, hesitating urination, and end dripping. c. After urination: dripping after urination, incontinence, etc. (2) Laboratory test: urine routine negative. (3) Color ultrasound of urinary system: no organic lesions of genitourinary system. a, b, c any one, and meet the requirements of (2), (3), that is, the diagnosis of female lower urinary tract syndrome. Note: In this study, frequent urination refers to the frequency of urination > 8 times during the day, and increased urination at night refers to the frequency of getting up at night > 2 times. Inclusion criteria (1) Lower urinary tract dysfunction that meets the diagnostic criteria; (2) Behavioral therapy and minimally invasive/invasive therapy are not effective; (3) Age 10-80 years old, male or female.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Recurrent urinary infections; (2) Patients with diabetes and/or diabetic neuropathy with poor blood glucose control; (3) urethral malformations, urethral stricture, urinary calculi, patients with gynecological or urinary tumors, tuberculosis and other organic diseases; (4) Persons with mental illness and mania or depression; (5) Those who are participating in other clinical trials; (6) Suffering from serious heart disease, liver and kidney insufficiency (Cr exceeding the upper limit of normal value, BUN higher than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal value), hematopoietic system and metabolic system disorders. One of the above items was not included in this study.
