Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.In the intensive Care Unit of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from September 2022 to September 2024, based on the evaluation of specialized doctors and the patient's condition, select the corresponding location of catheter indentation double lumen catheter, and continuous renal replacement therapy was performed; 2.Aged 18-70 years old; 3.Have full capacity for behavioral capacity and sign informed consent; 4.The legal representative agrees and signs the informed consent; 5.No allergic history of chlorhexidine gluconate; 6.Local skin integrity

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The skin of the local puncture has ruptured, active bleeding or exudate ; 2.Use of hormones and immunosuppressive preparations within 30 days before the study; 3.There were catheter-associated bloodstream infections and local infections; 4.Allergic to chlorhexidine gluconate; 5.refused to participate in the study; 6.under the age of 18 or over 70; 7.Does not have full capacity for civil conduct and is unable to appoint an agent; 8.skin rash, drug rash; 9.Severe burns; 10.Other causes.
