Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-75 years old. 2. Meets the diagnosis of hemorrhagic shock, i.e. meets 2 of the following 123 criteria Item, or one of 456: 1) Changes in consciousness, such as restlessness, lack of consciousness, coma, etc; 2) Pulse rate,>100 beats/min or not palpable, shock index>1.0; 3) Skin is damp and cold, with positive finger pressure marks on the sternum (refilling time after finger pressure>2 seconds), visible freckles, pale mucosa or cyanosis on the skin, urine volume<30mL/h or no urine; 4) Systolic blood pressure<80mmHg; 5) Pulse pressure difference<20mmHg; 6) The systolic blood pressure of individuals with pre-existing hypertension decreases by more than 30% compared to the original systolic blood pressure. 3. At least one of CK, CK-MB, LDH, cTnI, BUN, and Scr were found to be abnormal upon admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Multiple organ function deteriorates continuously within 24 hours of admission, and death occurs within 3 days. 2: Interventional surgery has been performed during the perioperative period. 3: Received CRRT treatment. 4: Chronic multiple organ dysfunction, immune disorders, hematological disorders, and tumors are present. 5: Application of tumor and immune related therapeutic drugs. 6: There are chronic intestinal diseases present.
