Gold Standard:Patients were divided into two groups according to the percentage change in cardiac index (CI) of Trendelenburg test: ?CITREND= 8% was defined as volume response group

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged 18-75 years; 2) Lumbar surgery in prone position under general anesthesia; 3) agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) refuse to participate in the study; 2) ASA grade =IV; 3) body mass index >30kg/m2, or <18 kg/m2; 4) arrhythmia, cardiac insufficiency, heart valve disease; 5) severe respiratory diseases; 6) increased intracranial pressure and intraocular pressure; 7) Arterial puncture and internal jugular vein puncture were contraindicated; 8) unclear internal jugular vein imaging by ultrasound; 9) other conditions considered by the investigator or physician in charge to be inappropriate for study participation
