Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years; The first acute stroke patients (including ischemic stroke, TIA and cerebral hemorrhage) diagnosed by CT/MRI within 7 days after onset; Those who can cooperate with cognitive assessment and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of stroke; Complicated with serious diseases such as liver and kidney, heart and lung, blood system and malignant tumor; Patients who have been diagnosed with cognitive impairment, cognitive dysfunction, severe depression, anxiety or mental illness; Patients complicated with other diseases of nervous system (such as intracranial mass, intracranial infection, epilepsy, etc.); Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months; Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the cognitive assessment due to various reasons (such as consciousness disorder, audio-visual disorder, language disorder, motor disorder, etc.); Patients with incomplete examination or refusing to attend.
