Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.18-80 years old; 2.Initial treatment of patients with positive pulmonary tuberculosis based on simple etiology (smear positive for tuberculosis bacteria twice or nucleic acid detection positive for Mycobacterium tuberculosis once, and meeting the criteria of positive sputum tuberculosis culture); 3.Voluntary participation and having signed the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Exclude patients with one or more of the following comorbidities: rheumatological diseases, severe cardiovascular diseases, malignancies, AIDS, and mental illnesses; 2.Exclude patients with poor compliance.
