Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing gastrointestinal surgery in Jiangsu Cancer Hospital from 2022.01 to 2023.12; 2.Patients with ASA class II-III; 3.BMI 18-30kg/m^2; 4.Postoperative patient-controlled intravenous analgesia was performed.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic pain with long-term use of analgesics or psychotropic drugs; 2.The heart, lung, liver and kidney functions were severely abnormal; 3.Patients with severe allergies and a history of asthma; 4.Mentally ill person; 5.Diseases related to the immune system or other treatments that may affect immune function.
