18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 18 years old; (2) Meets the diagnostic criteria for Zhang's AD in China; (3) Eczema Area and Severity Index (EASI) = 24; (4) Meets the diagnostic criteria for chronic spontaneous urticaria/non atopic eczema/vitiligo; (5) Traditional treatments, including topical corticosteroids (TCS), calcineurin inhibitors (TCI), phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE-4) inhibitors, oral antihistamines, etc., did not reduce or even increase the eczema area and severity index (EASI) score.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other itchy diseases or skin diseases with clinical phenotypes similar to AD, such as scabies, bullous pemphigoid, skin T-cell lymphoma, contact dermatitis, psoriasis, and drug rash; (2) Individuals at risk of worm infection; (3) Previously used JAK inhibitors or other systemic immunosuppressive treatments. All patients or guardians have signed informed consent forms for follow-up.
