18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age = 18 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as rheumatic mitral valve disease; 3. Proposed surgical treatment for rheumatic mitral valve; 4. Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Multiple distant metastases of tumors, with an expected lifespan of less than 1 year; 2. Patients with mental disorders who are unable to cooperate with treatment work; 3. Patients who are unable to complete follow-up; 4. Patients who did not undergo cardiac ultrasound or coronary CT examination before surgery. 5. Secondary surgery
