Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Part I Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18-55; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II; 3. No neuropsychiatric disease; 4. No history of sedative and analgesic drug addiction. Part II Inclusion criteria: 5. Ages 18-55; 6. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I or II; 7. No neuropsychiatric disease; 8. No history of sedative and analgesic drug addiction
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Part I Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney insufficiency, severe heart, lung and brain diseases, abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection and damage, peripheral neuropathy, allergy to local anesthetics, morbid obesity (BMI>40). Part II Exclusion criteria: Liver and kidney insufficiency, severe heart, lung and brain diseases, abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection and damage, peripheral neuropathy, allergy to local anesthetics, morbid obesity (BMI>40).
