Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Preterm infant inclusion criteria: ? Gestational age (GA) between 28 weeks and 32 weeks; ? Admission to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) after birth. Mother inclusion criteria: ? Primiparous women; ? Maternal age = 20 years old; ? Mothers of preterm infants with clear consciousness, cognitive ability, basic literacy, and communication skills; ? Informed and voluntary participation in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for preterm infants: ? Newborns with congenital anomalies; ? Severe complications in preterm infants, such as severe bronchopulmonary dysplasia, severe asphyxia, kernicterus, severe hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, grade IV intracranial hemorrhage, severe anemia, etc. Exclusion criteria for mothers: Mothers of preterm infants with significant illnesses (such as malignant hypertension, malignant tumors, etc.) or sensory impairments.
