Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the United Nations age classification criteria for young and middle-aged people aged 18-59; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for T2DM proposed by WHO in 1999; ? Clear awareness, basic language response ability and comprehension ability; ? Agree to participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Merge diseases that seriously affect quality of life, such as malignant tumors, and serious diseases of important organs such as the heart, brain, and kidneys; ? Existence of cognitive impairment or mental illness.
