Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age =18 years, <65 years; Subjects who agree to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects who can't cooperate; Experimental side arteriovenous fistula; Palmar pigmentation on the test side; The subject is being treated for a condition in the experimental limb; The thumb PI is less than 0.3 .
