Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? First stroke, confirmed by CT or MRI examination, with one side of the upper limb motor dysfunction but clinically stable patients; ? 40~80 years; ? The duration of the disease is less than 3 months; ? the score of the Glass Coma Score Scale is greater than 10, no severe cognitive dysfunction (MMSE =22), and can accept motor commands; ? Can maintain an upright position on an armless seat for =30 minutes; ? Improved Ashworth grade of the right upper limb = grade 2; ? The Brunnstrom function grade of the affected side hand is =3, and it has a certain grasping function, and can grab at least a wood block with a side length of 2.5cm after efforts; ? The patient and his family members agree to be enrolled and sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? The clinical condition is unstable; ? Any neuropsychiatric illness other than stroke; ? Schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder or personality disorder and major depression; ? Skin lesions and infections;? Fracture of the upper limb, or deformity or absence of the finger on the affected side.
