Increased blood pressure (hypertension)

Interventions

Control group:The control group received healthy dietary guidance and routine cooling supplies (500ml/day).
Intervention group:The intervention group received basic dietary guidance, as well as hawthorn juice (500ml/day) and VC tablets (1 tablet/day, VC content 130 mg/ tablet), according to the dietary guid

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? male workers aged 18-60, ? who have been working at high temperature for more than one year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Participated in other intervention projects in recent 3 months, ? Take antihypertensive drugs, ? Take VC or other antioxidants regularly, ? Patients with pre-diabetes or diabetes, ? Have suffered from gastrointestinal diseases in the past month, ? Plan to leave the post within the expectation and cannot participate in the whole process, ? Disagree to participate in the research.
