Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? The diagnostic criteria for ovarian reserve decline were as follows: AMH 20 years old; ?There are transferable embryos (blastocyst or blastocyst) frozen; ? those who meet the dialectical standard of spleen and kidney deficiency in TCM; ? Patients who intend to undergo frozen embryo transplantation; ? Be fully informed and sign informed consent on whether to take oral Zishenyu pill.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with uterine malformations, adenomyosis, endometriosis, severe uterine fibroids, hydrosalpinx, moderate to severe uterine adhesives, endometrial tuberculosis, and abnormal uterine morphology; ? Acute and chronic inflammation of reproductive tract; ? Abnormal semen of husband; ? Patients who have received Chinese and Western medicine treatment within the past 1 month; ? Those who have participated in other clinical trials within 1 month; ? Patients with drug allergy in this study; ? Liver and kidney insufficiency.
