Age
50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age of patients: 50-80 years old. 2) Full-thickness rotator cuff injury, 1cm= tear size =3cm, and conservative treatment is ineffective. 3) Signed informed consent. 4) The fatty infiltration of rotator cuff did not exceed Goutallier grade 3. 5) Primary arthroscopic rotator cuff repair. 6) Preoperative CSA measurement less than 35º.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with shoulder fracture or shoulder dislocation. 2) Combined with shoulder joint infection, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis and other changes. 3) Mental retardation or other reasons lead to abnormal behavioral ability of patients. 4) Isolated subscapularis muscle injury. 5) Irreparable rotator cuff.
