Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Simple sacroiliitis; 2. Continuous pain in the lower back for more than 4 weeks, and poor effectiveness of oral non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; 3. Age range from 18 to 70 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Purulent sacroiliitis and ankylosing spondylitis; 2. Injecting steroids or any other injections within the past six months; 3. Suffering from systemic diseases or any serious heart, liver, kidney or tumor related diseases; 4. Have a history of diabetes; 5. Patients with contraindications to injection therapy; 6. During lactation.
