Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1)Patients who BMI=24.0kg/m2 or waist circumference: male>90cm, female>85cm;(2)Aged=18 years old;(3)Willing to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)Patients who do not meet the diagnostic and inclusion criteria;(2) History of bariatric surgery; (3)Patients suffered from renal function disfunction;(4)Patients who exercised regularly within 2 months (two or more times per week, 20 minutes each time);(5)Patients who participated in other therapeutic activities within 2 months;(6) Patients with musculoskeletal system injuries, limited mobility due to surgery, or other exercise contraindications;(7)Unwilling to participate in this study.
