18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?patients with middle or low rectal cancer; ?patients with preventive stoma, without anastomotic leakage during perioperative period; ?patients with TNM stage I-III; ?patients older than 18 years and younger than 80 years; ?The first surgical distance to the second stoma closure time is less than 6 months;?patients with informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with stage 1IV rectal cancer, or unable to undergo radical resection, ?patients with high rectal cancer, ?patients with severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction who can not tolerate secondary surgery, Or find tumor recurrence or metastasis before operation
