Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged =60 years, male or female; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia as defined by the Asian sarcopenia working group: muscle mass of the limbs measured by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry, muscle index=muscle mass of the limbs/height2 , muscle index <7.0 kg/m2 for men and <5.4 kg/m2 for women, and grip strength of the upper extremities <26 kg for men and <18 kg for women, and walking speed <0.8 m/s. /s, is defined as sarcopenia. 3; 3. = 45 points on the Morse rating scale; 4. The ability to walk independently without the use of aids.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Sprains, fractures, severe joint deformities or other traumatic injuries resulting in unchanged mobility; 2. Having serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, musculoskeletal and neurological diseases; 3. Speech, hearing and cognitive dysfunction; 4. Abnormal functioning of the vestibular system; 5. A history of regular exercise within the last 1 year.
