Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: Children diagnosed with spinal cord injury without radiographic abnormality in Suzhou University Affiliated Children's Hospital, Shenzhen Children's Hospital, Xuzhou Children's Hospital, and Jinan Children's Hospital within the next three years. Diagnostic criteria for spinal cord injury without radiographic abnormality: 1. Clear history of trauma or sports injury 2. Existence of neurological dysfunction (standard see AIS rating scale) 3. spinal CT excludes spinal fractures or dislocations 4. Exclude other situations that may cause spinal cord injury, such as acute myelitis, vascular malformations, and spinal cord tumors Control group: Non traumatic children admitted to Suzhou University Affiliated Children's Hospital, Shenzhen Children's Hospital, Xuzhou Children's Hospital, and Jinan Children's Hospital during the same period, with the condition of other non traumatic children. The inclusion criteria are complete lumbar and sacral magnetic resonance imaging examination, same gender, ethnicity, residence (prefecture level city), same grade, age difference of less than 1 year, and 1:2 pairing with the case group.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Control group exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with spinal cord and spinal cord lesions 2. Children with significantly decreased activity compared to normal peers (KPS score<90) 3. Individuals with spinal nerve dysfunction (including lower limb muscle strength, deep and shallow sensory function, and defecation function) 4. MR examination for screening for tethered cord syndrome 5. Children with clear chromosomal abnormalities or tumor syndrome
