18 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age range from 18 to 35 years old, regardless of gender; 2) Healthy body, normal weight, with a body mass index (BMI) of 18.5-24.9 kg/m2; 3) No history of gastrointestinal diseases such as ulcerative colitis; 4) No history of gastrointestinal tumors or inflammatory diseases, no severe organic lesions such as heart, liver, kidney, lungs, and brain; 5) Not taking any acid suppressants, gastrointestinal motility drugs, antibiotics, or gut microbiota preparations (such as yogurt) within the past 4 weeks; 6) No known infectious diseases; Has not been to an area with locally transmitted diarrhea within the past 6 months; 7) Sign an informed consent form and agree to participate in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) History of autoimmune diseases and digestive system surgery; 2) Specific reactive diseases, such as eczema, asthma, and gastrointestinal eosinophil related diseases; 3) The use of antibiotics, drugs that cause disruption of intestinal microbiota, and any immunosuppressants within the past three months.
