Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: MN case group Inclusion criteria: ? Patients with initial onset and pathological diagnosis of kidney biopsy meeting the diagnostic criteria of MN; ? No previous use of hormones or other immunosuppressive therapy; ?PLA2R antibody positive; ? Aged 18-80 years old; ? Patient informed consent. Healthy control group Inclusion criteria: ? No history of autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors, hypertension, diabetes and other chronic diseases; ? no gastrointestinal diseases in the past 3 months; ? Aged 18-80 years old; ? Gender and age were matched with the case group; ?Patient informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: MN case group Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with autoimmune diseases, secondary glomerulonephritis, combined diabetes or gastrointestinal diseases; ? Have taken antibiotics, probiotics/prebiotics or other microecological preparations within 1 month of specimen collection; ? Pregnant and lactating women. Healthy control group Exclusion criteria: ? History of coronary heart disease, diabetes, hypertension and tumor; ? Patients with kidney disease and other systemic diseases; ? Have taken probiotics/prebiotics or other microecological preparations within the past 1 month.
