Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients undergoing unilateral shoulder arthroscopic elective surgery 2) ASA classification :?-? 3) Age :18-70 years old 4) BMI:18.5-27.9 kg/m^2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients who do not want to participate in the experiment or have communication difficulties; 2) Patients with major organ dysfunction or abnormal coagulation function; 3) Patients with other diseases affecting pain or long-term use of analgesic drugs; 4) Patients with infection at the puncture site; 5) Patients with a history of allergy to narcotic drugs.
