Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age=18 years; 2) critical neurological patients admitted to rehabilitation medicine, including epilepsy, myasthenia gravis, girimbalare syndrome, intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, intracranial infection, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction, subarachnoid hemorrhage; 3) vital signs and informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) There are symptoms of gastrointestinal dysfunction, combined with digestive system diseases or other diseases that obviously affect digestive function, Hospital stay is less than 24 hours; 2) Chronic diseases that may cause symptoms of dyspepsia, such as chronic renal insufficiency, chronic hepatitis and autoimmune diseases, history of abdominal and pelvic surgery, severe heart, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other primary diseases, History of the tumor; 2) Patients associated with intracranial infection; 3) an already diagnosed central neurodegenerative disease, Such as: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease and dementia of various causes, Previous history of epilepsy or family history; 4) Severe organic disease, Such as: heart failure, liver and renal insufficiency, malignant tumors, Expected survival time is <1 year; 5) Severe symptoms of anxiety and depression requiring drug control; 6) After having a cardiac pacemaker, cochlear implant or skull repair; 7) patients with claustrophobia 8) pregnant women, perinatal women; 9) The patient or the legal representative does not agree to sign the informed consent form; 10) The patient also participated in other studies.
