Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old. ? Patients returned to the surgical ward within 7 days after surgery. ? Informed consent and voluntary participation. ? Vital signs are stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Combined with postoperative delirium (according to CAM-ICU scale score). ? Patients with other serious diseases. ? Can not communicate normally and hearing impairment.
