Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with lung function and chest CT testing in the HIS system of the participating units, aged 40-75 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other respiratory diseases, such as lung cancer, tuberculosis, pneumonia, and bronchiectasis, were excluded
