Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged 60 years or above; living at home ; agreeing to the establishment of an intelligent Internet of Things (IoT)-based home care management system in the home environment and accepting home care interventions from the subject group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Terminal illness; no acceptance of an intelligent IoT-based home care management system in the home environment; no acceptance of home care interventions.
