Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1: The ovulation stimulating regimen was antagonist regimen; 2: The mode of fertilization was ICSI; 3: Age =45 years old;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Female basic FSH>10 mIU/ml or AMH<1.1 mIU/ml; 2: The patient has other complicated diseases such as thyroid dysfunction, hypertension, diabetes, autoimmune diseases, malignant tumors and diseases of important organs (such as heart, brain, lung, liver, kidney, etc.); 3: Other female basic diseases such as endometriosis, adenomyosis of uterus, polycystic ovary syndrome, etc; 4: severe oligoasthenospermia of the male and testicular sperm; 5: Chromosome abnormalities in couples; 6: Subjects meeting any of the above criteria were not included in the study.
