Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-70 years old; (2) Obtain the professional qualification certificate of Baduanjin Movement and master the key points of its movements; (3) Voluntarily participate in this clinical study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of lumbar spine disease, low back pain, and limited movement of the lumbar spine; (2) Patients with severe primary diseases such as cerebrovascular, digestive tract, and pulmonary diseases (diseases whose clinical manifestations may interfere with the results of this study); (3) Those with a history of serious mental illness or poor compliance; (4) Participants in other clinical trials within 3 months.
