Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who were admitted to Intensive Care Unit of Hebei General Hospital during the study period and met the following conditions: 1. >18 years old 2.Sepsis 3.intestinal microflora disruption

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving treatment with other probiotics or dietary fiber 2. Expected to receive intervention treatment for less than 7 days 3. Severe gastrointestinal diseases or strict fasting after surgery 4. Severe immune dysfunction 5. Liver and kidney dysfunction (Child-Pugh grade C; chronic kidney disease stage 4-5, even requiring renal replacement therapy).
