Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Diagnosed as non-small cell lung cancer by pathological histology in Liupanshui People's Hospital, Guizhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital, and Guiyang First People's Hospital or SEER database; (2) The patient's age is = 60 years old; (3) Patients with complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Missing key variables; (2) Cases with only death reports or autopsy certificates; (3) Lung cancer is not the first primary tumor; (4) The patient's survival time is less than 1 month or unknown.
