Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Invasive breast cancer diagnosed by pathological histology; 2.Aged 18-70; 3.Tumor size>2cm in ultrasound; 4.Estrogen receptor/ Progesterone receptor negative, or human epidemal growth factor receptor-2 positive; 5.ECOG score 0-1, Hematological index and ECG Meet chemotherapy criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary stage IV breast cancer; 2. The patient cannot tolerate chemotherapy; 3. Received chemotherapy within 12 months; 4. Suffer from diabetes and other chronic metabolic diseases; 5. Refuse to participate in this study without signing the informed consent form.
