Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Over the age of 18, have a disability certificate issued by the DPF, and have the same companion participate in the whole process; (2) Persons with disabilities are cognitively barrier-free, have signs of rehabilitation and desire for rehabilitation, and their functions are in remission or stable, not in acute attack; (3) can successfully complete home rehabilitation services; (4) The disabled person or entrust family members to sign the informed consent; (5) Have a basic understanding of rehabilitation training, and have basic self-rehabilitation training ability.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Other cases that do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) The disabled or the companion has cognitive impairment; (3) Termination of home rehabilitation services due to various circumstances; (4) Disabled individuals with mental illness or inability to cooperate with treatment; (5) There is a change in the companion of the disabled during the rehabilitation treatment at home; (6) Serious injury of important organs.
