Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age: 20 to 35 years old; 2 Primigravida; 3 Primigravida. ? Full-term singleton; 4 ASA classification: Grade I-II.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pre-existing severe cardiopulmonary disease; 2 Presence of pregnancy complications such as gestational diabetes or gestational hypertension; 3 History of peripheral vascular disease; 4 History of peripheral vascular disease; ? Suffering from infectious diseases, fever or prenatal basal body temperature =37.5?; 5 Presence of contraindications to labor epidural analgesia; 6 Severe cognitive or psychiatric disorders; 7 Those who have recently taken drugs that may interfere with the test results, such as nifedipine; 8 Other patients who are considered by anesthesiologists to be ineligible for participation.
