Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for stroke established in 2019, and is diagnosed with cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage through head CT or MRI; ? First onset, stable vital signs, course of disease 2-6 months, age 40-75 years; ? Hemiplegia on one side of the limb, with Holden's classification of walking ability as Grade I; ? No severe cognitive impairment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Progressive stroke; ? Subarachnoid hemorrhage; ? Bilateral stroke; ? Bilateral limb dysfunction; ? Other musculoskeletal and joint disorders that affect walking (such as fractures, osteoarthritis, etc.) and neurological disorders (such as tremors, involuntary movements, Parkinson's disease, etc.); ? Patients who have received other brain stimulation treatments (such as TMS) within the past two weeks or are currently undergoing treatment; ? There are contraindications for electrical stimulation therapy (such as pacemakers, local metal fixation, etc.); ? Concomitant serious heart, liver, kidney and other diseases; ? Traumatic brain injury, tumor, with a history of epileptic seizures or diagnosed with epilepsy Those who are unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
