Interventions

Low concentration nalbuphine group (LN group):The concentration of nalbuphine in the analgesic pump is 0.5mg/kg.
Medium concentration Nabupine group (MN group):The concentration of nalbuphine in the analgesic pump is 1mg/kg.
High concentration nalbuphine group (HN group):The concentration of nalbuphine in the analgesic pump is 1.5 mg/kg.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients of the American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I to III, aged 18 to 80 years , Patients undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy for lung cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Evidence of coagulation dysfunction Body mass index (BMI) less than 15 kg/m2 or greater than 30 kg/m2 Infection at the puncture site Patients with severe liver, renal, cardiovascular, diseasesmental illness, or self-expression disorders

Resting/Activity VAS Score;anesthesia time, intraoperative anesthetic dosage, postoperative wakefulness, tracheal intubation time, and PACU stay time;

MeasureTime frame
serum levels of interleukin-1b and interleukin-6;Ramsay sedation score;the incidence of respiratory depression;the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, dizziness, and skin itching;
