Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for Stage 5 chronic kidney disease (end-stage kidney disease) and the general clinical indications for hemodialysis in the Guidelines for Early Screening, Diagnosis and Prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease (2022 edition); (2) Regular dialysis for more than 3 months, dialysis 3 times a week, 3.5-4 hours/time, blood flow rate can be maintained above 200-250mL/min, full hemodialysis; (3) NRS score of the most severe musculoskeletal pain in the past week =4 points; (4) Age: 20-80 years old, gender is not limited; (5) Understand and agree to participate in this study and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and other diseases and malignant tumors; (2) Previous or current diagnosis of schizophrenia, major depression, major anxiety disorder, major insomnia and other psychiatric disorders; Patients who are taking psychotropic drugs or undergoing psychotherapy; (3) Participants who had participated in or were participating in other clinical trials within 1 month before enrollment; (4) There are skin diseases, limb mutilation and other conditions in the selected acupoint area of this study, and acupuncture can not be treated; (5) pregnant and lactating patients; (6) Those who are known to have allergic reactions or other side effects after acupuncture treatment;
