20 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meets diagnostic criteria for DOR; (2) 20 years old = Age = 45 years old; (3) 10 IU/L = FSH < 25 IU/L for two consecutive menstrual cycles (detected on the 2nd to 4th day of the menstrual cycle); (4) Sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Premature ovarian failure, early-onset ovarian insufficiency, and menopausal patients; (2) Chromosomal karyotype abnormalities; (3) Ovarian tumors, pituitary adenomas, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, Cushing's syndrome, thyroid dysfunction; (4) Those who have used hormones or simultaneously used hormone and metabolic drugs within the past 3 months have an impact on the judgment of results; (5) Uterine malformations such as unicorn uterus, double uterus, uterine septum, etc; (6) Patients with repeated implant failures; (7) Subjects who are currently participating in or have participated in other clinical trials within a month; (8) Patients with combined dysfunction of the heart, liver, and kidneys, or severe mental illness.
