Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Combined with pain related to bladder filling/emptying, frequent urination, nocturia, and urinary urgency; 2. Cystoscopy under local anesthesia shows Hunner lesions or small globular hemorrhage of bladder mucosa; 3. Exclude other diseases with similar symptoms (such as infection, overactive bladder, or malignancy).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The bladder capacity in the awake state is >350 mL; 2. There is still no strong sense of urgency when the bladder capacity reaches 150 mL, and urodynamics shows involuntary bladder contraction; 3. Anti-infectious, anti-microbial, anti-cholinergic and anti-inflammatory Spasm drugs can relieve symptoms; 4. The number of urinations during the day when awake is less than 8 times; 5. Routine urine examination and urinary tract B-ultrasound before treatment reveal inflammation, stones, tumors, vesicoureteral reflux and other diseases.
