Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Confirmed diagnosis of HIV infection or AIDS as per the 'Chinese Guidelines for HIV/AIDS Diagnosis and Treatment (2021 Edition). ?Aged 18 and above. ?Hospitalized or receiving outpatient diagnosis and treatment at designated medical institutions within the selected research area. ?Possessing a mobile phone or other smart device and capable of operating it independently or with appropriate guidance. ?Willing participants who provide informed consent to take part in this survey.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Due to the critical condition of the illness, the questionnaire cannot be completed by the participant ? Participants diagnosed with neurocognitive impairments, visual impairments, and other conditions rendering them unable to participate
