Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Study 1: Identification and screening of psychological subhealth individuals: ? Chinese residents who voluntarily participated in the study; ? Age 18 and above; ? Familiar with Mandarin, including listening and reading/writing abilities; ? Familiar with using smartphones and mobile networks; ? Participants are required to submit informed consent online. Study 2: Interventional efficacy of AiPAT on psychological subhealth: ? Chinese residents who voluntarily participated in the study; ? Age range from 18 to 65 years old, suitable for diagnosis of psychological subhealth population; ? Meets PHQ-9:5-14, GAD-7:5-14, or ISI: 8-21; ? Proficient in Mandarin, including listening and reading/writing abilities; ? Proficient in using smartphones and mobile networks; ? Agree to accept non pharmacological intervention; ? Anxiety and depression persist for 2 weeks or more, or sleep difficulties persist for more than a month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Study 1: No special exclusion criteria were set Study 2: ? For individuals with suicidal behavior and ideation, the suicide score in PHQ-9 is greater than 0; ? Material dependence history (excluding tobacco dependence); ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Individuals who have received and/or have previously received cognitive behavioral interventions related to depression, anxiety, and insomnia; ? Meets the diagnostic criteria for clinical depression, anxiety disorders, and sleep disorders.
