Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Diagnosis of type 2 diabetes, who meets the diagnostic criteria set by 2020 China Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment Guidelines; ? Over 18 years old; ? Strong self-management ability, have a smart phone, can learn to use the internet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Acute complications; ? Severe liver and kidney function impairment; ? Severe cardiovascular diseases; ? Communication disorders or mental disorders.
