60 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective urology or general surgery 2. 60~80 years old 3. ASA status of I~IV 4. BMI of 18.5~28 kg/m^2 5. Patients with normal communication, voluntary testing and signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing emergency operation 2. Hypovolemia or shock 3. nfectious heart disease or need for cardiopulmonary bypass 4. Severe liver or kidney damage or heart disease or the need for a heart, liver or kidney transplant 5. Severe anemia or thrombocytopenia 6. Poor control of blood pressure or blood sugar levels 7. Difficult airway 8. History of drug and/or alcohol abuse 9. Mental system disease 10. Allergy to benzodiazepines 11. Contrary to this study protocol
