Test group:At the time of study enrollment, the patients in the experimental group received no intervention except palliative treatment and care. The patients in the experimental group used a checklis

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =60 years; ? Patients were included in hospice care and doctors estimated the survival time to be 6-12 months; ? patients were fully aware of their condition and survival time; ? All patients and their families agreed to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? current severe acute illness; ? severe disability (Lawton physical self-care scale score less than 4); ? Inability to communicate effectively.
