65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =65 years old; ? Elective non-cardiac surgery with general anesthesia; ?the American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) I - IV; ?the Short Form Health Survey 8 (SF-8) , Katz index and Mini-cog were conducted 1 day before surgery and 1 month after surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of neurologic disease or cerebrovascular disease; ? Current use of psychiatric drugs; ? Alcohol or opioid abuse; ?Missing data of baseline characteristic and questionnaire; ?Lost follow-up after surgery.
