Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Postoperative patients with scoliosis admitted to AICU ? Check in at AICU for more than 1 day

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with primary gastrointestinal acute and chronic diseases ? Patients who receive long-term immunosuppressive therapy ? Individuals with a history of severe liver dysfunction and metabolic disorders ? Patients refuse or do not cooperate
